      Hello

      i have a vu+ duo2 and the last vti image.

      Each time i want to fo an automatique scanning, i have an error : error starting scanning.

      Do you know why ?

    • bonjour, maybe you have to check your tuner-settings.
      it also depends on your satellite equipment.
      (-wich / how many satellite positions do you want to receive?
      -then you should choose a suitable setup for your configuration in 'tuner-settings'.)

      What do you mean for a suitable setting ?

      Actually i have HOTBIRD and ASTRA
      i inserted a screenshot.

      I don't use my tuner C

      All the channels on HOTBIRD or ASTRA are working correctly.

      The only thing that don't work is the channel scaning !

      i just changed the settings like the screenshow below.

      I stil have the same issue.

    • bonsoir, if tuner c is not connected to an antenna cable and you don´t use this tuner anyway,
      you should try to deactivate this device. (not connected) is this an usb-tuner? what kind of scan was executed?
