dear all,

i was just reading about new revision and i found one shop in germany telling they sell the "new revision" of marusys vu+ duo... can it be true? price was 379 euro...

new version is from the time where first hardware didn't support deep standby.

according to your message deep standby problem is fixed?

Issue is fixed al while ag. HERE is the info from April of this year on vu+ offical homepage

Not every upcoming marusys model is an upcoming vu.

VU+ is just a team developing software for the marusys ms750s?
or am I still on the wrong lane, maybe you can tell me where I can find the basic information i am looking for...

Because there is no reliable information about a new modell until now, i think you can buy

not yet. Just a supported DVB-T/-C Stick from sundtek. (With little driver bugs until know)

Today rival product 800se was released.
Is there any new first-hand knowledge concering new Vu+Duo?

When is the upcoming Vu Duo model to be expected ? Are there any solid data on its new features ?

Absolutely no need to be sarcastic. Some of us know stuff and want to share, some of us know stuff and do not want to share, some of us know nothing.
Of course it is quite obvious that even a rumour of an upcoming new receiver will drop the sales of the current model.
However, we are NOT paid by Vu (or are we ?), so it is in our interest to share what we know or what we suspect

Why you ask for a new VU model? I am very happy with VU Duo when it comes to hardware performance, what I miss is some improvements that are mostly software related (for example AAC+/DD+ audio)
