      Kérlek segitsetek ,nem tudok rájönni mit állitsak hova.adott egy VU+ solo se ,VTI 8.2.1 image.és most vettem hozzá egy Toshiba Canvio Basics külső merevlemez, 500GB, 2.5", USB 3.0 működésével nem is lenne gond.szépen muzsikál ,de a újrainditás ,vagy ha mély-készenlét után indul újra akkor "akkor nagyot csattan a belülről" a HDD induláskor és szinte biztosan nem tesz neki jót,...nem tudom mit hova kapcsoljak../ha csak készenlétbe teszem akkor semmi gond,mert ugye akkor nem is kapcsol ki a készülék/köszönöm hogy segit.. ;thumbup:......videóban a hang a lényeg!

      Helft mir bitte! Ich weiss es nicht, was und wohin ich stellen sollte. Ich habe ein VU+ solo se, VTI 8.2.1 image. Ich habe jetzt dazu ein Toshiba Canvio Basics äußere Harddisk 500 GB, 2.5 gekauft. Mit dem Funktionieren von USB 3.0 gibt es kein Problem. Aber nach dem Reboot oder nach dem tiefen Bereitschaft knallt sie stark in seinem Inneren, wenn HDD startet. Das ist bestimmt nicht gut. Wenn ich sie nur bereit stelle, gibt es kein Problem, die Anlage tastet sich nicht aus. Danke für die Hilfe! Im Video ist der Ton wichtig. ;love:

      I dont know what the click can be. Maybe its just a relais that makes a switch (i don't know how loud it actually is)? As long as the drive works properly I don't think there is a problem.

      I'm an electronics engineer and I just bought the Toshiba Stor.e Canvio 2T USB3.0 HDWC120EW3J1.
      As soon as I format the hdd into many partitions and do full format with windows disk manager, the hdd made loud clicking and slissing/motor noises as intermittent lost/not get enough power.
      Few times full format can be completed and many times, it just hangup and using windows chkdsk /f/v/r on the full format completed partitions, will give the whole partitions data error/unreadable.

      So I broke the hdd case open and use the bare sata hdd with an ext. dockingstation with true 5V/12V powersupply. Now there are never clicking noises and did a very intensive 24hrs+ hdd formating/testing and the conclusion is that the internal DT01ABA200 hdd is working perfect.

      I recommend you people with the ext. usb 3.0 hdd, do the chkdsk /f/v/r test and verify!


      I should write an email to Toshiba about the problem and see what they say...
