      I have been trying to work the Vu+ Player HD app but it doest take the pwd: 'vuplus' for the user: 'root' ... so it doesn't work !
      my port is: 82, Webinterface port is also: 82.

      but the older VU+ app (non-HD) is working on my iPhone, although its auto config's port is: 80.

      any advice guys?

    • I bought it just too. I am not able to test it here but what I can see is that everything (Port, UN,PW, transcoding Port) can be configured individually. So what exactly is your problem?
    • well, my problem is that I cant see no broadcast on the app :D

      here are some pictures to guide you with my issues:

      pic 1. the app detects my duo2 automatically with the correct IP.

      pic 2. I can go to configuration manually.

      pic 3. I can configure the required fields individually.
      port: 82 (because Webinterface is also using 82.
      Pwd : vuplus.

      pic 4. as soon as I touch the green button (top right) to save, it gives me 'connection failed'

      pic 5. I tried with port: 80 as well but with the same result.

      pic 6. then I tried without saving the config by the green button, I went to the Channel List ... but that 'Loading' went on forever !

      pic 7+8. shows my configs of Webinterface & OpenWebif plugins.


      Hopefully, it will be easy for you now to help perhaps.

      And as I said earlier that I am also running the non-HD version of the VU+ Player app on the same iPhone with no problem.

      I will wait for your reply.

    • Your OpenWebIF is configured to port 81, but you try to connect to port 80 and 82? Why dont you use port 81, as configured?
