VTi 8.2.0 dvbapp2 crash with unicable configuration

I am not sure if this happens with previous image versions but would like to describe problem. Every time I restart GUI empty crashlog is created i.e. "dvbapp2_crash_1429173249.log". However I was able to log this:

This is not big deal cos it does not produce any other problems apart from creating this file. I did not found any other at least but as you see above there is "segmentation fault". I attached more info about nims config so maybe you can find and fix this issue.

I just found out that in addition to above I cannot use Deep Standby due to that crash. The same output and GUI only is restarted.

Hi,

my DUO² crashed several time due to the dvbapp plugin, here's the crash logs...

I think standby is also affected (don't know if it has something to do with the crash to be noest though) sometimes my Duo won't start ... Have to turn it off and on again with power button on the back...

I am by far no specialist, but I would start with an empty favorites and bouquets and do an automatic channelscan (delete =yes)
or maybe even better, reflash, do not restore any settings/plugins etc and start with a channeklscan

@ampersand:
I suggest a clean flash and try again, with a newly downloaded (from database) image and a different USB-Stick

Thanks for the advice, but i'm no expert either and i spent 2 hours yesterday choosing my favorites channels, i don't think i will delete them now that it's almost as i want them to be...

Sorry but the thing is it crashed before i instelled my favorites channels so i would be surprised if it had something to do with this... but i could be wrong, again no expert. In fact since yesterday evenning when i finished to organise my channels lists it didn't crashed. I really don't know

You can save your favorites and restore themn later anytime, my suggestion was based on the log which complains about the lame.db in my opion.

When you're talking about saving and restoring favorites, are you talking about dreamboxEDIT ?

It's been a while since i used it for the last time and i can't find the way to import my favorites from my Duo²...

Managed to import all the channels from my bouquet but i don't see the favorites i saved

The only option i can find in dreamboxEDIT is to select channels from the services and add them to favorites... but i already did that... on my DUO²

A little help would be appreciated

You could backup (restore) your settings with dreamboxedit or ...
via VTI Panel - "Backup Suite"!

Restoring with Dreamboxedit means: sending your settings back to your VU with the built-in FTP function of DBE.

First of all would like to thank you for latest updates, not sure if my request was considered but unicable is mentioned at least. Unfortunatelly, problem still exist. However I know already your answer. MSNWeather is guilty one but it is part of DMM so just want to point that out if anyone else face the same.

I know, stupid but true. If you do not believe it, test it then.

Whenever I use weather pixmap widget in second infobar (see attachment):

enigma2 will produce crashlog during GUI restart and neither full restart nor deep sleep does not work. Of course this happens only in combination with unicable.

Just refreshing. Maybe finally someone will take a closer look at it. This issue still exist whnever wheater widget is included in infobar or second infobar with Unicable configuration on board. Unfortunatelly, crash is always empty (dvbapp2_crash_1453711601.log) and debug shows only this:

Full restart in this case is not succesfully finished due to crash so only GUI restarts.
