Can I install Diseqc Motor for each tuner?

Yes that shoud not be a problem. You have to think of the VU+ as two receivers.

I have a 8-1 switch on one tuner and a motor on the other tuner.

Sounds godt.I thinking of installing one more 1m dish with 4 LNB or Diseqc Motor to tuner 2, because I use most 19.2 and 9E and E 1W.I think it's easier with the Diseqc motor for me.

Do you use quad or quattro and one 1/8 diseqc Switch?
