This image include OpenGL animations and Xbmc

Warning to prevent that Xbmc will fill your flash you have to map a
device (hdd, usb or nas) to folder /media/hdd using device panel BEFORE
      to launch Xbmc.

Warning This is a BETA image, feeds are not updated. Don't use "image update" function or you will corrupt files.

Warning: THIS IMAGE USE A DIFFERENT BOOTUP SEQUENCE AND KERNEL CONFIG
AND FOR THIS REASON CANNOT BE USED IN MULTIBOOT. USE THIS IMAGE IN FLASH
      ONLY.

TRICK: To be sure that Xbmc is not filling your flash, after the first
Xbmc launch check your filesystem. If you have the folder .Xbmc in the
root dir "/.Xbmc" you have to copy it on /media/hdd and then delete from
      the root.

Xbmc Known issues: Many addons are not yet working because of missing modules.

      Have fun with Xbmc !!!

      Hi,
it was mentioned in the first post. It seems that one .xbmc is sometimes created in root so /.xbmc. There is another one in flash and this should be there.

      ciao
I seen this however the image below shows the only folders in my root. Is it in one of these? The only xbmc folder I have found is in share folder and Im presuming this belongs there. Also is there a way to backup xbmc settings such as addons installed as backing up image doesnt include xbmc.
      Many thanks for your help.

      Hi,
your settings are normally in /hdd/.xbmc and are not overwritten during fresh installation of an image. I do not know what happens if there is no hdd installed.

      ciao
I am confused as I have no.xbmc folder in media/hdd. I cant find a .xbmc folder anywhere? is it in a sub folder if on flash and not on hdd?
