      using it with the remote is kind of tricky because not supported remote keys made youtube tv crash on my stb. I recommend you check out the help to prevent using not supported keys which make youtube tv crash.

      At least on my solo2 it works well if you directly move to the config and pair a decice like your smartphone or tablet and then control from there. I wrote a little bit about it in a german thread below. hope that helps.

    • Genau das hat mir geholfen, habe nur den Thread erst nicht gefunden. Wäre viel. ganz gut wenn der Thread in den VTI Image Neuigkeiten unter YouTube TV verlinkt wird. Wobei eigtl. auch alles relativ selbsterklärend ist.

      Mein Problem war dass ich dachte ich muss Youtube TV über den Opera Browser öffnen... nur durch zufall habe ich dann den Menü Eintrag entdeckt. :D

    • Keine ahnung und egal wo, aber es wäre cool wenn es einen zentralen punkt für youtube tv gibt... ich frage mich ob andere auch die abstürze bzw freezes bekommen wenn youtube tv über die ferne bedient wird... generell ist die funktion richtig cool aber zumindest bei mir auf der solo2 funktioniert es nicht stabil... geht euch das auch so?

      wäre cool wenn die zig youtube tv threads in einen gepackt werden... in hbbtv schaut halt keiner rein. Jedoch ist youtube tv teil des hbbtv plugins wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe... gruß

    • Of course it works standalone too .

      Have you tried the Plugin MyTube-Player ? Does it work ?

    • Maybe uninstall and reinstall might help. On my solo2 it works much better without freezing using smartphone or tablet. Whenever I only use the remote it sometimes after or while I watch something just suddenly feeezes. Problem is that there is no crash log and I cant properly reproduce the issue.But I think or rather feel it happens when I watch something and then hit a not supported key on the remote. Cheers

      I will try to check it out with a "clean" image when I have some more time.

    • w0w0, bei welchem video war das bei dir so? Vielleicht sind ja meine und deine Probleme auch einfach video abhängig.

      Hi again. Already did it to work. Was a problem with my DNS on Network settings.

      I found it, because Opera browser didn't open webpages. Now works like a charm!!

    • Wie ist die Standard werte für die Einstellung der Startseite bei Youtube tv
      Hab bei der erst Konfiguration die Startseite auf www.youtube.de geändert nun wird die browserseite von Youtube geöffnet aber ich kann keine Videos abspielen ist das normal ?

    • also mir ist das besonders bei musik videos aufgefallen, ich bin jetzt aber der Meinung das meine ausgewählten Musik vids wegen den Musikrechten von youtube, .... echt ne scheiße

      Die App finde ich ne super sache, echt einfach und simple, schnell zu Konfigurieren.

    • Hmm hab das jetz mal auf meiner uno ausprobiert


      mein Fazit

      sieht ganz nett aus ist aber leider auf meiner uno nicht benutzbar da sämtliche eingaben gefüllt 2- 4sec brauchen bis sie angenommen werden......... macht so einfach kein spaß
