      Hi,

      i have solo with Vti v3.2 image and i need to update it to 4.1, i have follows all the instructions but my solo doesn't read anything from usb !!! i have turned off stb inserted usb with cfe to update the boot loader first but nothing happening !
      please help !!!

      Try the Back-USB, or try another (the older - the better) Stick (Fat32).

      try to format the stick with HP USB Formating Tool , is in the Databox

      Format with FAT32 (not fast-format)

      only cfe on the stick, or only image on the stick, not together on a stick!

      thanks for your replies, but nothing happening, i've used hp usb formatting tool but still the same !
