I have a Samsung external DVD burner hooked up the DVD player to the receiver but not when I put the CD-DVD burner, but when the CD is Dkhlsh Zarm slow down the race and CD Persian month Dey house, not even the DVD burner on the computer easily works please help

First decoder means I have to mount the DVD burner I can then use it
DVD video into the device when not in DVD player, DVD burner, which is plugged into my receiver writes
I've tested several DVD but did not answer
