      Hi,

      Iam trying to acess via FTP to my box but i have this error:

      "Timeout detected.
      Could not retrieve directory listing
      PORT command successful. Consider using PASV.
      Error listing directory '/'."

      I tried ports 21,22 and 23. All opened on my router.

      Is this a bug on vti image?

    • Are you trying on local lan, or from external via nat?

      If you on external activate PASV Transfers in your FTP Tool.

      Iam tryng on an external lan, my office, and iam tryng to connect to my vu+ plus receiver with winscp.

      Just try filezilla. (Free FTP Client) It works very well in nated environments (like yours).
