      I am trying to resurrect my Solo2 which is running a VTI image 14.0.6. I need to update the settings files but it seems that the use of the null password was stopped some time ago.

      I assumed that the logon is still root. but confused if the password is vuplus dream or dreambox

    • By default there is no password for root in VTi.

      If you write in English please use the english corner of the board.

    • The standard root password in the image is empty.
      There is no password unless you set one.

      The passwords “dream” or “dreambox” are never set automatically. They are not used un VTI.

      If you forgot your password you can set a new one using the configuration menu on the box.
