Hello, I am writing to know if I can make mygicat230c work in VTI since I love that image
Just look here:
Geniatech T230C - LinuxTVWiki
There is a kernemlmodul dvb_usb_cxusb exists also in VTI, but if it works i don´t no
-> maybe you have to install it.
The T230C definitely requires these firmwares (available at github.com/osmc/dvb-firmware-osmc):
Hello I have done what you tell me and it does not work please wait for a solution
hello I can't find this in the vti installer dvb_usb_cxusb
The post he has told me without apparent success, I don't know what else can be done
If you could compile driver I would be grateful for it ,
You need information to compile and I am happy to make a guinea pig
What you have indicated does not work and I like VTI please give me a solution to compile it or something
we are not able to compile Drivermodules on our boxes.
Why or why don't you want to? Where can I refer the issue of drivers, is that otherwise I will have to change the image and I do not want
Im not able to compile anything on the VU.
There´s no compiler on it and i´m not a VTI-Developer.
I CAN`T !!!!
Exchange your Stick or change your image (don´t ask me which image -> ask in the specific Forums for Support)
Good evening, because as it says that it does not have a compiler and such I would appreciate if it is too much to ask that this proposal be passed on to the VTI developers as I say if a volunteer is needed I am delighted
The VTi developers are not responsible for drivers. Drivers for VU-boxes are programmed by VU+ in Korea. I'm quite sure that VU+ is not interested in an quite exotic USB-tuner.
The manufacturer of the tuner must deliver it with drivers for differnent platforms. If the tuner does not work in a VU+-box you should buy another tuner.
Noboby here is able to help you.
