I noticed lots of noise ( small green squares) and sound clicks with owif streaming in 13.0.2
When transcoding is set to auto, the bitrate fluctuations are very high and many times the image becomes blurry.

In addition some transcoding options like codec and profiles are missing in 13.0.2.

Bottom line, the very good, almost HD and stable streaming in 11, is gone.

Is something changed in transcoding in 13.0.2 ?
