I have VU+ duo 2 with the latest VTI version. Two tuners should be working, but I think that only one is working. While I was recording with the autotimer I had a black screen. How do I make both tuners work? Both tuners are configured as SIMPLE and both have the same 3 satellites configured.

Ich habe 2 Kabeln zu den LBNs so es sollte möglichr sein von beide Tuners zu empfangen. Beide Tuners sind als Einfach (simple) aufgestellt. Die Satelliten Thor, Astra und Hotbird sind in beide Tuners auf die rechte Porten eingeführt. Ab er es wirkt nicht. Ich empfange nur von Tuner A.

I have had a professional tv shop to look at my vu+duo2. They say the problem is that there is only 1 card reader in the device, even though there are 2 slots for card readers. There is only one shop in Denmark, which deals with Vu+. That is the shop where I bought the VU, and they say that the device is all right as it is. But why 2 slots and only 1 card reader? Is there anyone who has an idea to solving of the problem?
