I'm a newbie. My Vu Plus Zero that I've had for six months does not boot up anymore - always gets stuck at VTi loading screen, after power up.
Please Help! ... with step by step instructions to resolve issue
I'm a newbie. My Vu Plus Zero that I've had for six months does not boot up anymore - always gets stuck at VTi loading screen, after power up.
- It was working perfectly for the first 4 months
- It was powered off for about 2months while I was not around (travelling)
- Now I'm back... powered it on and it's stuck at VTi loading screen.
- I contacted the shop I bought it from ... and they re-confirmed it's an original box, and advised to reflash it with VTi image from this site.
- I have just tried to do so... and my box never gets to the last stage of blinking lights, even though I left it for 20min each time (i.e. reflashed successfully)
- I tried VTi 11.0.0, 11.0.1, 11.0.2 from Neues VTi - Vu+ Team Image - VTi 11.0.x, and in all cases:
- The box initially blinks quickly about 3x, starts to slowly fade the white light in-and-out for about 5 seconds, then the white light goes solid white forever
