Hi

I have a zgemma box for over a year now and we have Dreamplex installed on it. It worked fine for a few months and then when you went to play a movie, any movie, any tv show, it would stop playing about 7 - 8 seconds in, the screen would go black and i'd have to restart the box to get it working again.

Has anyone any idea whats wrong or how it can be fixed ?

I have emailed the guy i bought the box off, but he just mentioned it was a bug and no more help since ? I know he's really busy trying to set up IPTV and is flooded with work.

I am not very technical as you can see, but I know how to follow instructions so if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.
