    • No, you don't need your pc or putty for watch the streams on the box.

      The only reason to need putty is to look for the log level when you have some problems.

      Here is an example for a youtube stream:

    • Here's a thing ... I probably did not select the correct stream type in the bouquet for the MPD or YouTube url.
      In the Dreamset I selected non-TS, that's why without Putty ON, it's not working.

      So, which Stream Type should I choose for MPD & YouTube ?

    • I tried with all the selections of stream type ... all types work (except YouTube type) for both, but only if I keep Putty ON.
      as soon as I close Putty and change the channel and come back to these two streams, it doesn't work anymore :( .

      with m3u/m3u8 it works perfectly without PC/Putty

      somewhere something is wrong in my config, I think !
