Hi all, and sorry for english. I've bought a DUO4k two months ago. The box is working fine but i've got a problem playing *.avi files. I've got an ULTIMO4k, two SOLO4k and a DUO2 (the older) too, and in these boxes I can play any *.avi file with no problem. Hi Gordon and thanks for your reply. I've using "Lato-bold" for the Ultimo & "FireSans-Medium" for the Solos. I think both fonts are from your fonts packet. Are these fonts problematic? I attached 4 screenshot from the iflatFHD settings, Can you see any incompatible parameters? Thanks.

Most of times the crash file is empty, but sometimes it seems that it writes itselft. The final crash log says..... The first is with the movieselection, I use "SerienFilm" plugin (attached) and the letters appear very small, in my TV 55" it's very difficult to read them from afar (3 m). I have made to run enigmalight more or less well on a VU+ ULTIMO4k with attachments. In my case (karate8), leds 7 & 8 blinked like crazy changing colors all the time. I fixed this touching the "Cluster" parameter in the Parameters menu of the plugin. Setting it in "4", they stopped blinking and started to work fine. It was difficult to calibrate the colors. I had to put the red at 00FF00, green at 0000FF and blue at FF0000. If you touch the remote a lot ... sometimes (few) the box reboots itself…

Thanks chrisly. Now at least the leds turn on. I have got an Ultimo4K and a karatelight 8. In modelamp it works fine (I've tried with the plugin that works fine too) but in dynamic mode it goes a little crazy. I hope that between you and markusmainz you can fix it.
