Update: The box works only if I do not put anything in any USB slot. Is this possible that a failure of USB slot can cause such situations? Shall I update the drivers or something??

Hello, There is an original file force update in the software package. To be honest - I also tried to install software from some other support website. The situation is weird - the box starts with loading screen from other software than VTi, but then VTi software starts...and everything works until I connect anything to the USB. If I connect a flashdrive, a WiFi dongle - it stopps working. Any ideas? The box still do not accept any software, neither VTi nor original/other software.

Hello all, I have Vu Zero box with VTi software 14.0.00. It worked fine, but today it stopped - the box started to shut down itself etc.. I decided to update the software to 14.0.03 with a flash with a flash drive - I used to do it already. So, I used a flashdrive that I know that worked with my Zero and an updated version of the sofware, but the box do not want to install any software. I tried many times with various versions,I even tried to flash it with an original image dedicated for Zero - …

Hi, I have downloaded the most recent VTi image (v. 13.0.6) for my VU+ Zero (without 4K) in order to upgrade the system on my STB. According to the instruction, I put files on flashdrive (toshiba, fat32) and plugged it to STB. LED is pulsating, everythings seems to be allright, but it takes a lot of time. LED is pulsating for about two hours now, and nothing changes. Should I be worried? How long does the upgrade usually take?

Witam, Pobrałem sobie najnowszy image VTi (v. 13.0.9) pod tuner VU+ Zero (bez 4K) w celu aktualizacji oprogramowania na tunerze. Wrzuciłem wszystko zgodnie z instrukcją na pendrive (fat32) i podpiąłem pod tuner. Wszystko zdaje się być w porządku, dioda pulsuje zgodnie z instrukcją, niemniej jednak w tej chwili aktualizacja trwa już ponad godzinę, a dioda nadal pulsuje...czy to normalne? Ile powinna trwać taka aktualizacja? Ew. jaką inną wersję VTi wybrać pod ten tuner?
