Hi guys, I am trying to read VU uno 4k epg data in Iptv simple client on another location. If I am correct the epg file on VU is epg.dat in the media/hdd directory and is automatically downloading from my Cable provider. I think simple client accepts .xmltv epg files, but VU has .dat file Is there a way to convert epg.dat to a format understood be the simple client? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I got same channels in HD and SD. HD was generally buffering, but SD was very good. Never seen the green squares and clicks on HD or SD. This is something new, but it might be, by coincidence, the bandwidth. Is there a way to check that? Google is confusing, most it says speed is the bandwidth, what I think is not exactly true. Sorry if I missed the related post, I noticed Transcoding settings menu not working (nothing is displayed when selected) with openwebif and vti 13.0.2. I noticed lots of noise ( small green squares) and sound clicks with owif streaming in 13.0.2 When transcoding is set to auto, the bitrate fluctuations are very high and many times the image becomes blurry. In addition some transcoding options like codec and profiles are missing in 13.0.2. Bottom line, the very good, almost HD and stable streaming in 11, is gone. I am on 1Gb LAN to the cable modem. My internet is on a 200/20 MB/s Speedtest Ookla from a wired laptop and an iPhone gives a very stable around 120/15, no fluctuations results. The remote is also a cable modem, on 400/30 with Ookla around 250/20 also very stable, all wires. What maybe interesting, I can find on VU two network interfaces, one eth0 1Gbit/s Broadcom and the second tun0 driver at only 10Mbit/s. I guess the tun0 is from OpenVpn, but why so low? I am on UNO 4K with latest 13.0.2 and Fluid Next. Suddenly I start to get lots of green squares and click noises when watching openwebif thru OpenVPN. I ran one full week on 13.0.2 without any issues as downloaded from repository. Then were some packages update last week and the problems started. Is somebody experiencing same symptoms? Hi guys, did a completely fresh installation of 13.0.2 on Uno 4K, installed also the Fluid Next skin. All seems okay, except the Plugins/ Manage extensions takes about 3 minutes to load the list. It took about 10 minutes to install the Kodi plugin and downloading the Kodi addons is amazing slow. The VTI update panel it takes also very long to check if new update is available and sometimes crash the system. Strange enough, openwebif streaming works same fast like before in 11 and kodi addons also…

You cannot install a particular version of Kodi on VU+. It comes as a plugin, the current version on my Uno 4K is 17.0, and yet no update on it in the last year. Kodi implementation on VU is crap, not even close with the real Kodi experience. The Kodi player is replaced with E2 player, it might play some formats, but many not, no automatic subtitles, no recording from Kodi plugins, some videos have no sound and so on. Most of the Kodi addons are not working, even basic ones like You Tube. This m…

That, worked, it was gmepg but set on 3D instead of flat. One last question, is there a way to disable the small window with the full program name that opens when the text is too small. It covers the epg line bellow the current, makes it impossible to read it. In addition the full name is always with big letters in top, no need for the small "context" window. Thanks. Hi Guys, I just updated to latest 13.0.x on Uno 4K, with the latest Fluid Next skin. I have to say the skin looks very cool. Unfortunately I am having trouble to find some options. Could somebody explain how to get the blue highlight of the current program and the corner preview window in EPG?
