    • Hallo.

      Die beiden FBC Tuner werden mit 8 Adressen über Unicable versorgt. Also A-H nur Astra und ab Tuner B habe ich die Einstellung verbunden mit Tuner B usw. Der Dual Tuner wird mit 13,23.5 und 28.2 über 2 Legacy Ausgänge versorgt.
      Wenn ich die FBC Tuner von Hand lösche die Box neu starte und die Tuner wieder neu anlege kann ich einen Suchlauf machen. Daher glaube ich nicht, dass es an den EInstellungen liegt. Ich kann gleich mal Bilder von den Tunereinstellungen machen.

    • 4K hängt sich beim herunterfahren auf

      Liebe Supportler,



      seit Neuestem hängt sich meine 4K beim Herunterfahren regelmäßig (also immer) auf. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob man einen Reboot gestartet hat oder die Vu ganz herunterfahren will. Es erscheint die Meldung "Reboot, please wait" bzw. "Shutdown, please wait" und dabei bleibt es - ggf. stundenlang.

      Hat jemand das Problem bereits gehabt ? Mit der Suchfunktion habe ich nichts gefunden.

    • Moin moin,

      hatte gerade diverse chrashs nacheinander.
      hatte das update von gestern drauf.
      war leider gerade eine rauchen als es los ging, aber so wie es aussah versuchte die solo4k neu zu starten und stürtze immer wieder ab.
      half nur netzschalter zu betätigen.
      denke das hat was mit den timern zu tun bin mir aber nicht sicher.
      crahslog anbei.

      habe jetzt das heutige update gemacht, bisher noch nichts passiert aber es wurde auch noch kein timer gestartet
      vielleicht hat ja jemand eine idee

    • hm jetzt stürzt es nicht mehr ab, aber ich habe quasi nen dauer-spinner...
      kann gerade nicht logen, da ich etwas aufnehme und akte x gucke aber wenn es so bleibt folgt noch ein log.
      vielleicht weiß ja auch jemand ohne log rat :)

    • Solo 4K crashes retrieving mhw2 data

      Hello,

      There is a problem in Solo 4K (not present in other boxes) when box tunes a channel in transponder 10847 V 22000 (Astra 19.2), for example PORTADA or GUIA.
      It doesn't happen always, seems that it depends on data received. The problem is that enigma2 is trying to get the MHW2 epg data and it crashes.
      The log displays that enigma2 get the channel list, then try to get the theme list and crashed with a Segmentation Fault.

      I tune this channels to get the MHW2 EPG using CrossEPG script. Unfortunately there is no way to prevent eEPGCache module try to download it.

      Please try to fix the crash, and I suggest also to give some way to disable the MHW2 data capture.

      No, it doesn't happen in Ultimo and Duo2.
      The MHW2 EPG data come in transponder 10847 V 22000, in different pids:
      PID 0x231 carry channel list and themes
      PID 0x234 carry events for next 3 days
      PID 0x284 carry events for next 7 days
      PID 0x236 carry summaries for next 3 days
      PID 0x282 carry summaries for next 7 days
      Other PIDS carry other MHW2 information

      So when box tune any service of this transponder the MHW2 data is detected and enigma2 crashes (today is crashing but it does not crash every day)
      This channels are FTA and only display provider ads. The official tuner zap to it to get the data.

      Thanks for reporting this issue with detailed logs and technical info.
      I tried to do it a month ago, but didn't seem to get any attention.
